1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on bj444, accesses the platform, or uses any of the services provided therein.

• "Balance" refers to the real-money funds held in a Player's bj444 account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2 Acceptance of Terms

Any balance held in an account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be forfeited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

4 Account Registration

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) bj444 account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device, or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. bj444 employs device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

Verification documents may include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. bj444 reserves the right to suspend account activity pending completion of the KYC process.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bj444 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bj444 supports the following payment methods for Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 per transaction unless otherwise stated in an active promotion.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• bj444 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits are typically credited to your bj444 balance within a few minutes of confirmed payment. In cases of delay, contact support with your transaction reference number.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your bj444 account. Cross-name withdrawals will not be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction unless otherwise stated.
• Standard withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are processed within one to four hours during normal operating hours.
• bj444 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion.
• bj444 reserves the right to limit, delay, or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Any Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be deducted from the withdrawal amount.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bj444 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional incentives to new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions.

• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal request will be approved.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT and may only be used on the bj444 platform. They have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.
• bj444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to a Player's account provided the relevant terms are being met.
• Players who open multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming the same bonus on each account will have all associated accounts suspended and all bonus funds forfeited.
• bj444's determination of whether wagering requirements have been met is final and binding.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing a bet or participating in any game on bj444, you agree to comply with the specific rules applicable to that product. General betting and gaming rules applicable across the bj444 platform are as follows:

• All bets are placed in BDT. The minimum and maximum stake limits for each market or game are displayed within the relevant betting interface at the time of placement.
• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the bj444 system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• bj444 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or market that was offered in error, or where the odds were manifestly incorrect at the time of placement.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at bj444's discretion.
• For cricket betting, match results and statistics are determined based on the official results declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match being abandoned, void, or awarded, bj444's cricket betting rules applicable at the time of the event shall govern settlement.
• Game outcomes for all casino games and slots on bj444 are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software provided by the respective game studios. bj444 does not alter or interfere with RNG outputs.
• Any technical malfunction or disconnection during a live game session does not automatically entitle the Player to a refund. bj444 will investigate such incidents and apply its technical failure policy on a case-by-case basis.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bj444 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or attempting to open more than one bj444 account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification;
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Allowing or facilitating another person to use your bj444 account;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;

• Depositing funds from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bj444 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of bj444 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bj444 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the bj444 platform without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from bj444 content;

11 Limitation of Liability

bj444's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bj444 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits bj444's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

12 Responsible Gaming

13 Suspension & Termination

bj444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, if bj444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or a competent authority.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of Bonus Funds not meeting wagering requirements and any amounts subject to active dispute) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

A Player may close their own bj444 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within two business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable betting rules, and the resulting balance will be paid out to the Player's registered payment method.

14 Amendments to These Terms

bj444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
